The type of personal data FreeFlow Technologies collects about previous / existing clients, suppliers, and recruitment candidates includes but is not limited to the following:

• Employment information – Job title, company name
• Brand requirements – What your brand is looking to achieve in sales

All this information is considered confidential. It is only processed for the below purposes:

Provision of services

• Services provided to our customers and any information pertaining to those services.
• Maintenance of customer and supplier records and ensuring they are up to date and accurate.

The main purposes for processing data collected on the Website are:

  • Accessing the website, its contents and its features, 
  • Processing, managing and monitoring contact request and information.
  • Managing and processing recruitment applications (receiving and assessing online applications, summoning candidates, decisions to hire or refuse candidates etc…)

The purpose of this processing mainly comes from FreeFlow Technologies legitimate interest to monitor, manage and organise its relationships – especially commercial – with its website Users and its contacts, as well as organise marketing operations and communication in general.

Data which is likely to be collected may relate to User identities, contact details, or studies and / or work experience.

Data which is collected from contact forms, by signing up to events organised by FreeFlow Technologies or from downloading FreeFlow Technologies documentation needs to be collected for FreeFlow Technologies to process User requests and for which the legal basis is consent.

When data is collected from a contact form, by signing up to an event organised by FreeFlow or from downloading FreeFlow Technologies documentation, Users can subscribe to the newsletter and choose to receive regular updates about offers / product information on the website.  Users can withdraw their consent at any time and unsubscribe by clicking the link provided at the end of the newsletter.  Data is kept in accordance with current legal and regulatory provisions.

Generally the User Data is kept for as long as it takes to achieve the purpose stipulated above, subject to the requirement to keep certain data in accordance with legal or regulatory provisions and assets, exercise and /or defend our rights (eg 13 months for browsing connection and traffic data, a maximum of 6 years for online job applications, etc ).

Legal Basis

For clients and suppliers the legal basis for collecting and storing your personal information is that the processing is necessary:
• (i) in relation to a contract which the individual has entered into; or
• (ii) because the individual has asked for something to be done so they can enter into a contract.

FreeFlow App

To use the FreeFlow App, we gather data on the bike including bike name, type, wheel size, drive side and rider weight. This is required for the App to perform firmware updates, configure the bike and download error logs. All communication are  done via Bluetooth and information is securely stored on the device. No third parties have access to this information and it is not used for any other purpose than to perform the above function. 

There is no location tracking and no personal data on the customer is collected.
